West End Mt. Carmel Full Gospel Baptist Church is the church where love is the foundation of Christianity.  We believe we have a charge to keep and a God to glorify.

                                     STATEMENT OF PURPOSE

West End Mount Carmel Full Gospel Baptist Church (WEMC), under the assignment from our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, through our Senior Pastor, endeavor to carry out the following through this mandated statement:  

1. Take the Gospel of Jesus Christ locally and nationally, by way of preaching, teaching ministry and outreach through the mediums of local worship, ministry outreach, print and any other creative form of spreading the Good News of Jesus Christ.  

2. Take the Gospel of Jesus Christ internationally by way of preaching, teaching, books, outreach, crusades, conferences, and by use of every form of media and the mediums provided by modern technology.  

3. Plant new churches or ministries, locally, nationally, and internationally, as divinely assigned to the Senior Pastor.

4. License and ordain ministers of the Gospel of Jesus Christ, locally, nationally and internationally.  

5. Network with other Full Gospel Baptist Churches and Apostolic Ministries who have like-minded and Kingdom agendas.  

6. Provide spiritual fathering for churches, ministries, Senior Pastors and ministers who want to be covered under the spiritual umbrella of WEMC.  

7. Assist current or future ministries in the areas of organization, structure, evangelism, discipleship and legal matters pertaining to the establishment of the ministry.  

8. Supply and be a vehicle through which counsel may be given to the Senior Pastor for the purpose of encouraging accuracy and soundness of biblical doctrine, procedures, ethics, and conduct. Upon request.  

9. To conduct worship services and conferences in an effort to enhance the spiritual growth. Especially in the area of evangelistic training.  

10. To assist in producing strong, biblical and ethical ministerial leadership in the body of Christ.  

11. To network with ministries, worldwide, thereby taking the Gospel of Jesus Christ around the globe.
